OpticSale.com does its best to monitor our manufacturers for any available
rebates. If any rebates are available they will be listed on the product page,

Shipping
OpticSale is
pleased to offer free shipping with UPS ground service on all orders over
$30.00 to the 48 Continental United States. With your request we can also
provide you with other shipping options which include UPS 3rd day
select, UPS 2nd day air, and UPS next day air. For our customers in
the armed forces we can offer APO/FPO with USPS, also free of charge for orders
over $30.00. A shipping fee of $6.99 is charged for orders under $30.00. Additional shipping fees will also be charged for items that need to be reshipped due
to the error of the customer - such as accidental package refusal by the customer who still wants the item. We
normally process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. Please note: while we do make every effort to ship your order the same business day, we cannot
guarantee same day shipment for orders placed after 1:00PM CST. Once an order is
shipped it can not be canceled. All shipping options are time in transit after the order has been
processed and has left the warehouse.
If you wish to choose a shipping option
other then free UPS ground, your shipping cost will be calculated during your checkout process. For your convenience, our site also contains a shipping
calculator. With it, you can check your shipping cost (if any) right after you've added everything you wish to purchase to the shopping cart. The shipping costs vary
depending on the weight of your product,
and the distance between your location and the location of the warehouse from which your merchandise is leaving. All products that are shipped via UPS are insured without any extra charge to
you. We are not responsible with any lost
shipments for APO/FPO via USPS.

Our International Orders have different shipping methods available. Shipping times may vary for many reasons, including product availability and whether all of the information which you
have provided during the check out process verifies with our merchant services.
At our sole discretion we may chose to ship your items via an
alternate carrier that offers a tracking method. Any order over $500.00 will be shipped with signature
confirmation. Unless otherwise requested by the customer via phone.
If the customer requests a signature confirmation on an order under $500.00, the customer will be charged an additional fee of $2.50.
If for any reason, a shipping cost was inaccurately stated on the web
site, we will contact you before making any charges that were different from
your order confirmation. We will NOT charge a larger amount without your permission.

Processing
All in stock merchandise is shipped within 1-3 business days from the time your order was
placed . We will not be processing or shipping your order on weekends or on days that the UPS is not operating. Please note: we do make every effort to ship
your order the same business day before UPS pickup. However, any orders placed after 1:00 PM CST are not guaranteed to ship the same business day.
In the unlikely event of your item being on backorder, we will notify you via email ASAP and
will let you know when the item is expected to ship. While your order is on hold, you have the option of waiting for your original item, changing your order for
a different item, or canceling the order. If you need help choosing from our large selection of items, please give us a call and we'll be happy to assist you.

Sales Tax
Sales tax
will only be charged if your shipping address is in the state of Illinois.
If your order will be shipped to any
location in the state of Illinois your order will automatically

Returns &
Exchanges
If you are
not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it back to us for a refund
or exchange.
-Refund: You must obtain an RMA
number within 5 business days of receiving your original purchase. You can do this by calling our toll
free number or by e-mailing us at returns@opticsale.com. Your return shipment
has to be post marked no later then 5 business days after you have obtained an RMA number, and the RMA number must be on the box.
-Exchanges: Your must obtain an RMA
number within 30 days of receiving your original purchase. You can do this by calling our toll
free number or by e-mailing us at exchanges@opticsale.com. Your return
shipment has to be post marked no later then 5 business days after your have
obtained an RMA number, and the RMA number must be on the box.
-Software cannot be returned for credit card refund, or store credit. Software
can only be exchanged for the same product, if it arrived defective.
-In addition, no refunds can be issued on shipping charges, optional batteries, gift wrapping, gift cards, or product testing services (unless the tested
product arrived defective).
-Cross-Shipping: This is an option
that we offer for those people that have received an item with which they are
not 100% satisfied with, would like to exchange it, but they are in a time
crunch. We can offer this to you given that you will agree with the following
conditions: You are exchanging your product for a product that is in stock. The
new product is of same or greater value. You agree to be charged for the new
product first. You agree to pay for all the shipping charges of your return, and the rush shipping charges of your exchange. The RMA number for the cross
shipping option can only be obtained over the phone.
-All returns are subjected to a 15%
restocking fee. All returns must be sent back with all original materials that
your package came with, NO exceptions.
-All exchanges will not have a
restocking fee if they are sent back with all original material that your
package came with and you exchange it for an item of same or greater
value, or for store credit.
-Any item with a Mail-In Rebate that you have applied for, and mailed out can
only be exchanged for that exact item, and is 100% non-refundable. Please make
certain that you wish to keep the item before sending out your rebate form.
-Shipping cost can not be
refunded.
-If you chose the cross-shipping
option you will be credited the cost of your original purchase less shipping, if
applicable, at the time when we receive your package and it is
processed.
-All returns and exchanges normally
take from 2-4 weeks processing time after we have received your package.
-It normally takes between 2-5
business days for a credit to be posted to your account.
-If anything is received back without an RMA # but still within 30 days, it will automatically be given
"OpticSale Store Credit" that can be applied at any time in our store.
-If you wish to make an RMA and do not know at the time what you wish to
exchange, then we will give you "OpticSale Store Credit" that you can use at any
time in our store.
-If this is an exchange for an item
of greater cost then after your exchange will be processed and we ship the new
item, we will post the difference to your credit card, or PayPal
account.
-If your package was damaged in
shipping you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or sooner if possible), so we can claim this to
UPS and get a new package out to you ASAP! We do understand
that if an item arrives damaged this is not your fault and we will reship your new package free of charge.
-Any arrangements for an exception of
the RMA policy must be made prior to OpticSale.com shipping your order. There
will be NO exceptions after your order is shipped.
-If a shipment is refused for any reason by the customer, a refund can only be given as
"OpticSale Store Credit".
-If an exchange is made for an item
under $30.00 you will be charged $6.99 for shipping. Additional shipping fees will also be charged for items that need to be reshipped due to the error of the
customer - such as accidental package refusal by the customer who still wants the item.
